The results of this study show that the analysis of the relationship between early pregnancy and premature birth at dr. Soebandi Jember Hospital obtained the results of the significance test (p value) = 0.000 which means that < 0.05 then H1 is accepted, and shows that there is a meaningful relationship between premature pregnancy and premature birth. According to the Chi Square test, it was found that there was a significant relationship between early pregnancy and premature birth. It is expected that pregnant women of early age will routinely check their pregnancy at health facilities, maintain a balanced nutritional intake, avoid stress, and get family support and assistance from health workers to minimize the risk of premature birth.
