Abstract

The use of creative learning media is needed to support the development of early childhood, especially fine motor skills and creativity. This study aims to determine the use of natural collage media in stimulating fine motor skills of group B children at RA Nurul Auliya’ Tambak Ngadi Mojo Kediri, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of its implementation. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with 15 children as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that fine motor stimulation was carried out systematically through the selection of safe materials, introduction of tools and materials, providing examples, intensive guidance, and reflective evaluation. Supporting factors include the active role of teachers, the availability of educational media, and fun teaching methods. Inhibiting factors include the lack of concentration of children, limited materials, and minimal support from home. In conclusion, natural collage media is effective in stimulating children’s fine motor skills.
