Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the *madrasah* head in enhancing the performance of educators at the Darussalam Muara Tembesi Private *Madrasah Tsanawiyah*. A qualitative research method employing a case study approach was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the *madrasah* head's participatory leadership style contributes significantly to improving educator performance, with the involvement of educators in decision-making and professional development serving as key factors. This study is expected to contribute to the development of educational management within madrasah.
