Abstract. Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) remains a global health challenge due to its high mortality rate, making appropriate antibiotic selection essential to prevent treatment failure and the threat of resistance. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of various antibiotic regimens on clinical outcomes, including leukocyte count, body temperature, and respiratory rate. This analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design involved 123 inpatients at RSUD Welas Asih during the 2025 period, selected using a total sampling technique. Secondary data were obtained from medical records and analyzed both descriptively and statistically using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the majority of subjects were male (50.4%) and elderly (44.7%), with levofloxacin monotherapy (55%) and ceftriaxone (16%) being the predominant regimens used. Statistically, both antibiotics significantly reduced leukocyte levels (p<0.05), although temperature and respiratory rate parameters did not show similar significance, yet still achieved clinical stability by the third day. In conclusion, levofloxacin and ceftriaxone were the statistically most effective regimens, with further research using a larger sample size recommended. Abstrak. Pneumonia komunitas (community-acquired pneumonia) menjadi tantangan kesehatan global karena angka mortalitas yang tinggi, sehingga pemilihan antibiotik yang tepat sangat penting untuk mencegah kegagalan terapi dan ancaman resistensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas berbagai regimen antibiotik terhadap outcome klinis yang meliputi kadar leukosit, suhu tubuh, dan laju pernapasan. Studi observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional ini melibatkan 123 pasien rawat inap di RSUD Welas Asih periode 2025 yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh dari rekam medis dan diolah secara deskriptif serta statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas subjek adalah laki-laki (50,4%) dan lansia (44,7%), dengan penggunaan dominan monoterapi levofloksasin (55%) dan seftriakson (16%). Secara statistik, kedua antibiotik tersebut signifikan menurunkan kadar leukosit (p<0,05), meskipun parameter suhu dan napas tidak menunjukkan signifikansi serupa namun tetap mencapai stabilitas klinis pada hari ketiga. Kesimpulannya, levofloksasin dan seftriakson adalah regimen paling efektif secara statistik, dengan saran penelitian lanjutan menggunakan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar.
