Abstract

Problems, efforts to apply the peer tutor method to deal with learning difficulties at Al-Ianah Private Junior High School, Cianjur Regency. Goal, Implementation of peer tutor method, Research supporting factors, Research inhibiting factors and Inhibiting factor solutions. Method The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results The implementation process includes steps such as identifying subjects that require tutors, selecting and training tutors, compiling teaching materials, and monitoring and evaluating. Supporting factors consist of internal and external aspects, while inhibiting factors include student involvement, student cooperation with parents, and poor relationships between teachers and parents. Solutions include increasing the patience and perseverance of all parties involved, maintaining consistency in cooperation, and improving communication between parents and their children. The peer tutor method has proven successful in overcoming learning difficulties at Al-Ianah Private Junior High School in Cianjur Regency, with harmonious cooperation between teachers, students, and parents as a key element of its success.
