<![CDATA[Background: EHR acceptance among healthcare workers is a critical determinant of successful digital health transformation. Systematic mapping of EHR acceptance determinants, particularly the roles of digital literacy and nurse characteristics within TAM/UTAUT frameworks over the past five years, remains limited. Methods: A scoping review design was chosen to map heterogeneous TAM/UTAUT evidence rather than to pool effect sizes. Following JBI methodological guidance and reported per PRISMA-ScR, a systematic search across three databases (PubMed, Scopus, SpringerLink) identified 1,682 articles; after database-specific filters, 172 articles were identified for screening. Following deduplication (n=10), title/abstract screening (n=109 excluded), and full-text eligibility assessment (n=38 excluded), 15 articles were included in the final synthesis with JBI critical appraisal. Results: Synthesis yielded three key findings: (1) perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) were identified as consistent cross-contextual predictors across all 15 studies (100%); (2) digital literacy demonstrated the largest effect sizes in this literature (ISL is associated with PEOU, β=0.782); and (3) individual characteristics and organizational factors functioned as contextual moderators. Only 4 of 15 studies (26.7%) exclusively targeted nurses. Conclusion: Despite nurses being the largest EHR user group, only 26.7% of studies focused exclusively on nurses, underscoring the need for TAM-SEM research integrating digital literacy and nurse characteristics in the Indonesian context.]]>
