Abstract

The analyze the influence of work motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT PLN UP2D Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all employees working at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Regulatory Implementation Unit (UP2D) Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the work motivation and leadership have a positive and significant on employee performance at PT PLN UP2D Jakarta.
