Abstract

Developing an interest in early childhood reading is the initial step towards recognizing the significance of literacy in society. Early childhood literacy is an essential part of the language development process and has a significant role in enhancing the overall quality of education. The presence of appropriate facilities and resources in a school setting plays a crucial role in promoting reading engagement among children who are in their early years of education. The reading interest program not only goes government accountability, but it also allows the public to contribute to the sustaining of such efforts. As part of its community service efforts, the Faculty of Economics at the University of Krisnadwipayana places special emphasis on early childhood education. This project entails educators and students collaborating to create and implement a reading corner program in Desa Tugu Utara, Bogor. This program has a significant influence on the implementation of early literacy activities for kids of all ages, which are set up by the community service team of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Krisnadwipayana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on employee productivity of PT. TVS Company. This type of research is included in the category of causal associative quantitative research. The source of research data is primary data using a questionnaire with a Likert. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The research was conducted of PT. TVS Company employees. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that leadership and motivation either part.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of product diversity, price and place on customer satisfaction in the Paperclip Book Store at Kota Kasablanka Mall. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were costumers who arrived at the Paperclip bookstore. The sampling technique in this study used a probability sampling or random sample, using the formula of Slovin. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

This Study aims to control the quality of power house production found in the Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Management Unit (UPST). The Problem Faced is that there is still damage to the intercooler due to water entering the pipeline, so there is damage to the engine so that methane can not be produced into electricity. The method used is a statistical method and a quality control tool that is seven tools. The statiscal tools used in this study are : control charts and cause and effect diagram (fish bone).

Abstract

To determine the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of the employees PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Jakarta. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Jakarta marketing department which numbered 175 employees. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 64 respondents. Result reward and punishment have positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk Jakarta both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

To determine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of the emplyoyees migrant worker protection agency. The analysis model used is linear regression both simply and Simultaneously.The results of the study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency, while work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency. Simultaneously, workload and work stress have a positive effect on the performance of employees at the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency

Abstract

The purpose to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance PT Askrindo East Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 50 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as samples totaling 50 employees of PT Askrindo East Jakarta. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Askrindo East Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze bankruptcy prediction at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. This type of research is included in the category of quantitative descriptive research. The research data source is the company's annual financial report data for the period 2017 - 2021 which has been audited and can be accessed via the website www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used is porposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is the Altman ZScore model using ratios (Net Working Capital to Total Assets, Earnings Before Tax to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, Sales to Total Assets, and Total Equity to Total Assets). The results of the analysis show that the model can adapt to the environment and economic conditions in Indonesia as an early warning system to mitigate future bankruptcy risks, so that management can immediately take preventive action.

Erajaya Swasembada Mall Gandaria City Branch, South Jakarta, The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that in simultaneous and partially ways compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance employees of PT.
