<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Group Investigation terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIA SMAN 9Gowa pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest-postestcontrol group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII MIA SMAN 9Gowa yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling.Kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas XII MIA 2 yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Group Investigation dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas XII MIA 3 dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Group Investigation dan model pembelajaran konvensional, variabel terikat adalah motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Data motivasi dan hasil belajar dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa data motivasi belajar peserta didik untuk kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol tidak terdistribusi normal dan memiliki varians yang homogen, sehingga tidak dapat dilakukan uji-t tetapi menggunakan uji Mann-Whytney dengan α= 0,05 dan dk= 3, diperoleh Zhitung >Ztabel(7,56>1,64). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Group Investigation terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIA SMAN 9 Gowa pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. Perhitungan nilai hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol uji hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik non-parametik, yaitu uji Mann-Whitney dengan α= 0,05 dan dk=3, diperoleh Zhitung >Ztabel (4,45>1,64). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berartiada pengaruh model pembelajaran Group Investigation terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XII MIA SMAN 9 Gowa pada materi pokok sifat koligatif larutan. ABSTRACT This research is a quasi-experiment which aims to determine the effect of the Group Investigation learning model on the motivation and learning achievement of students in class XII MIA SMAN 9 Gowa on the subject matter coligative properties of solution.The research design is the pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were the students class XII MIA SMAN 9 Gowa which consisted of seven classes. Sampling is done by random sampling. The experiment class is class XII MIA 2 which is using the Group Investigation learning model and the control class is XII MIA 3 by using conventional learning models. The independent variable is the Group Investigation learning model and the conventional learning model, the dependent variable is the motivation and learning achievement of students. Data on motivation values and learning achievement were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the inferential statistical analysis of the motivation and the learning achievement show that the data on the experimental class and the control class are not normally distributed and have homogeneous variances, so the t-test cannot be use but the analisis by using the Mann-Whytney test with α = 0.05 and dk = 3, obtained by ZCalculating > Ztabel (7,56 < 1.64). It can be concluded that H0 is reject and H1 is accepted, it is mean there is an effect of the Group Investigation learning model on the learning motivation of students of class XII MIA SMAN 9 Gowa on the subject matter of the coligative properties of solution. The calculation of the learning achievement of the hypothesis test used is analisys test the Mann-Whitney test with α = 0.05 and dk = 3, obtained ZCalculating > Ztabel (4.45> 1.64). It can be concluded that H0 is reject and H1 is accepted, it means that there is an effect of Group Investigation learning model on the learning achievement of class XII MIA SMAN 9 Gowa on the subject matter of the Coligative Properties of Solution.]]>
