Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the role of the Cipayung Village Government in the development of the Kawung Tilu Tourism Village through a Logic Model approach. The focus of the research is directed at a systematic evaluation starting from the input stage during the pilot period in 2018, the output achievement in the form of determining the status of a tourist village in 2025, to the outcomes generated for village institutions and the welfare of the surrounding community. The development of the Kawung Tilu Tourism Village is a manifestation of the independence of village governance in optimizing local potential. In the context of Government Science, the role of the Cipayung Village Government is very strategic not only as a provider of regulations and legitimacy, but also as a driving force for collaboration between the community and managers.
