<![CDATA[Objective: This study aims to describe the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at SMA Kebangsaan Tangerang Selatan. The study focuses on the processes of planning, organizing, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation of educational facilities and infrastructure in supporting effective learning activities. Methods: This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the principal, vice principal of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and school staff. The collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques to obtain comprehensive findings regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure. Results: The findings indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Kebangsaan Tangerang Selatan has been implemented systematically and effectively. Planning was carried out based on needs analysis and priority scales, while organizing was conducted through clear task distribution among school personnel. The implementation process was adjusted to the available budget and supported by school operational assistance funds. In addition, routine maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation activities were conducted periodically to ensure that school facilities remained functional and supportive of the learning process. However, several obstacles were identified, including limited funding, inadequate storage facilities, and the absence of permanent technical staff for facility maintenance. ]]>
