Abstract

The era of disruption, marked by the acceleration of digital technology, increasing social complexity, and changes in educational patterns, is pushing secondary schools to adapt quickly and innovatively. This study aims to explain and analyze various forms of managerial leadership innovation implemented in secondary schools in response to these challenges. This study focuses on five main aspects: innovation in strategic planning, strengthening a culture of innovation and collaboration, the use of digital technology in school management, developing human resource competencies, and strategies for addressing both internal and external challenges. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that effective principals can develop data-driven plans, build professional learning communities, utilize digital systems in decision-making, and encourage continuous training for teachers and school staff. Despite several barriers such as the digital divide and cultural resistance, adaptive and collaborative leadership strategies can drive managerial transformation in schools. This study contributes both conceptually and practically to developing an innovative managerial leadership model that is appropriate to the challenges of education in the 21st century.
