Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Financial Technology, Digital Literacy, and Financial Literacy on the Business Sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tangerang City. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The sample consisted of 89 MSME owners in Tangerang City who were selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that Financial Technology has no significant effect on MSME Business Sustainability. Digital Literacy also has no significant effect on MSME Business Sustainability. Meanwhile, Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Business Sustainability. These findings indicate that MSME owners' ability to understand and manage financial aspects plays an important role in supporting business sustainability, while the utilization of Financial Technology and Digital Literacy has not demonstrated a significant direct effect on the business sustainability of MSMEs in Tangerang City.
