Abstract

This research is motivated by the dynamics of the construction industry in Jakarta, which continues to grow rapidly in support of national infrastructure acceleration, with employment characteristics dominated by project contract employees. This study examines the influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance in contractor companies in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design and distributes questionnaires to respondents in the construction sector employees in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through Outer Model analysis (validity and reliability) and Inner Model, where organizational performance is measured based on cost, quality, delivery time, and safety parameters. The results show that transformational leadership and organizational learning have a significant influence on improving organizational performance, employee commitment, and operational efficiency. These findings underscore the importance of implementing inspirational leadership and integrating knowledge sharing as strategic instruments to mitigate the risk of turnover intention and increase company competitiveness in a dynamic business environment.
