<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of a business model based on Work From Anywhere (WFA) and Virtual Office at Seemore Organizer in the post-pandemic era, the operational coordination process in transforming digital planning into event execution, and the company’s strategies for maintaining professionalism and client trust in digitally conducted business processes. This study employed a qualitative approach using interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research informants consisted of the Human Resources and Operations Director and an Event Specialist at Seemore Organizer. The findings show that the implementation of WFA provides flexibility in work execution and client services through the support of digital technology, while the Virtual Office serves as a supporting facility when face-to-face meetings are required. Operational coordination is carried out through digital communication, task delegation, deadline setting, monitoring, and reporting, complemented by direct coordination during event execution. To maintain professionalism and client trust, Seemore Organizer implements responsive communication, provides portfolios and proposals, adjusts services to client needs, and maintains relationships after project completion. The study demonstrates that the implementation of WFA at Seemore Organizer can support flexible business processes while maintaining coordination, professionalism, and service quality for clients.]]>
