Cetho Temple in Karanganyar Regency is one of Indonesia's cultural tourism destinations with significant historical value, natural beauty, and strong tourism potential. However, the accessibility to the site still requires improvement, and the management of its tourist attractions is presumed to influence visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction is an important indicator of the successful management of a tourism destination, as it is closely related to visitors' intention to revisit and their willingness to recommend the destination to others. This study aims to determine the level of accessibility, the attractiveness of the tourist destination, the level of visitor satisfaction, and the influence of accessibility and tourist attraction on visitor satisfaction at Cetho Temple in Karanganyar Regency. This research employed a quantitative method using a descriptive-associative approach. The study population consisted of all visitors to Cetho Temple, while the sample comprised 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings indicate that both accessibility and tourist attraction are categorized as good, while visitor satisfaction is categorized as high. The hypothesis testing results reveal that accessibility has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Similarly, tourist attraction also has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously, accessibility and tourist attraction have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction. These findings suggest that continuous improvements in accessibility and the development of tourist attractions are essential to further enhance visitor satisfaction at Cetho Temple.
