Abstract

Abstract The principal is a leader in a school institution that has a very important role as managers, leaders, motivators in educational institutions, and responsible in fostering subordinates of teachers, administrative staff to achieve the goal of hope in improving the quality of school. The focus of the problem in this research is: "How is the principal's role in improving the quality of school in SD Negeri 5 Sintang. With the sub-problems: (1) how the principal's role as manager in improving the quality in SD Negeri 5 Sintang, (2) how the principal's role as the leader towards quality improvement in SD Negeri 5 Sintang, (3) the role of principal as motivator in improving quality in SD Negeri 5 sintang, (4) Any obstacles found by the principal in improving the quality in SD Negeri 5 Sintang. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is to describe and understand the role of the principal in improving the quality. Subjects in this study are the principal of SD Negeri 5 Sintang, Class Teacher and Head of Administration. The result of this research is that the principal has done his best to carry out his duties as manager, leader, and motivator to provide direction, motivation and encouragement to all school people to perform their duties. Keywords : Role of Principal As Manager, Leader, Motivator and School Quality

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Timoro Kecamatan Tabulahan Kabupaten Mamasa yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juli 2019. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk ZA dan pembumbunan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung. Metode rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan pola faktorial dua faktor. Faktor  pertama adalah dosis pupuk ZA (Z) meliputi  tiga taraf yaitu Z1  =  dosis pupuk ZA  1,5  gram tanaman-1 , Z2  =  dosis pupuk ZA  3,0  gram. tanaman-1 , Z3  =  dosis pupuk ZA  4,5  gram. tanaman-1. Faktor kedua adalah perlakuan pembumbunan (P) meliputi dua taraf yaitu:  P0  =  tanpa pembumbunan, P1 = pembumbunan. Terdapat 6 (enam) kombinasi perlakuan. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan masing-masing diulang sebanyak 4 (empat) ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 unit penelitian, dimana setiap unit terdapat empat tanaman sehingga jumlah tanaman yang digunakan sebanyak 96 tanaman jagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi pemberian pupuk ZA dengan pembumbunan tidak berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi  tanaman jagung pada semua parameter. Pemberian pupuk ZA dosis 4,50 gram tanaman -1 (Z3) berpengaruh baik pada parameter tinggi tanaman,  jumlah daun, umur berbunga, dan berat buah basah per tongkol  tanaman jagung.

Abstract

Teachers as educational professionals have an important role in the teaching and learning process. Teachers must be able to explain their knowledge to their students through managing learning by applying teaching approaches and models that are appropriate to the subject matter and cognitive level of students. aims to improve the mathematics learning abilities of XI IPA 2 students at SMAN 7 Sigi even semester for the 2022/2023 academic year in the basic competence "Analyzing division and factorization of polynomials" using Problem-Based Learning. This study used classroom action research with a sample of 37 people consisting of 9 men and 28 women with data collection techniques, namely 1) non-test techniques consisting of observation and documentation, and 2) test techniques. Data validity was carried out through source triangulation and method triangulation with data analysis techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are non-test techniques and learning achievement tests. The results of this study indicate that 1) the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is used as a model in this learning is in fact capable of increasing residual learning motivation in mathematics learning specialization class XI IPA 2 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year; 2) The application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is used as a model in this learning is in fact able to improve the remaining learning outcomes in mathematics learning specialization for class XI IPA 2 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year; 3) The application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is used as a model in this learning is in fact able to increase motivation and residual learning outcomes in mathematics learning specialization class XI IPA 2 SMAN 7 Sigi even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year

Abstract

In the last decade, there have been many means of transportation that use fuel oil (Internal Combustion Engine (ICE)). This has a serious impact on the environment due to the emission of pollutant gases. One solution is the use of a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) as a substitute for vehicles that use ICE. One of the performance that must be owned by the HEV is to have a stable speed when driving. In this study, several methods used in the metaheuristic algorithm in the disturbance observer have the advantage of describing the inverse model of the plant without making a mathematical model. The test is carried out by comparing the two methods of the metaheuristic algorithm, namely Differential Evolution and Bat Algirthm. The simulation results show that the method used in this HEV is to maintain its speed, so according to the test results it shows that the Differential Evolution method is the best method for controlling the speed of the Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle.
