Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority of facility improvements at the International Arrival Terminal of Yogyakarta International Airport using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). A quantitative approach was applied involving 121 respondents, consisting of 100 passengers and 21 operational staff. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and pairwise comparison questionnaires. The analysis covered five criteria: comfort, service speed, accessibility, facility reliability, and information availability. The results showed that service speed had the highest priority with a weight of 0.28 (28%). Based on the final synthesis, the priorities for facility improvement were the addition of immigration counters at 0.29 (29%), improvement of baggage handling at 0.27 (27%), optimization of arrival information at 0.24 (24%), improvement of disability facilities at 0.14 (14%), and rearrangement of the baggage claim area at 0.08 (8%). Therefore, the addition of immigration counters was identified as the highest priority for improving passenger services at the International Arrival Terminal of Yogyakarta International Airport
