Abstract

The weak ability of the students on the summation material and reduction in the background of this research. Mathematics is abstract, so in mathematics learning the necessary medium/intermediary that serves to confine so that facts clearer and more easily accepted by students. Media used is the game usually Mamun, which is a game conducted in groups in the form of advanced crank if the number of positive and crank backward if the number is negative. Numbers is a row of students holding positive and negative number flags. Each student holds a number. Students who do not hold the number do the forward or backward crank according to the prescribed number. The method is qualitative. The result is that through the game Engklek Mamun students can do the counting operation summation and reduction on the number line.

Abstract

Background: N-STEMI heart disease in the community can provide a significant health and economic burden so that it can affect the quality of patient health. Enoxaparin and fondaparinux are often given to inpatients to overcome this problem because of the consideration between efficacy and safety of using drugs, one of which is the risk of patient bleeding. This study aim to determine the cost effectiveness of enoxaparin therapy and fondaparinux in the treatment of N-STEMI cardiac patients at RSD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro. Methods: This study is a descriptive observational method using a retrospective data collection from secondary data from the patient's medical record and the cost of care and treatment of patients during hospitalization. Processing of data in the form of numbers using Microsoft Excel then the data is processed according to the ACER and ICER calculation formulas. Results: The results show that compared to enoxaparin, fondaparinux is a cost-saving strategy (lower cost with slightly higher effectiveness). Fondaparinux is the most cost effective treatment for N-STEMI heart patients at RSD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro. Conclusion: Fondaparinux should be considered as a cost-effective alternative when compared to enoxaparin for inpatient N-STEMI cardiac patients at RSD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro based on length of hospitalization and duration of therapy, especially in the era of limited health resources.

Abstract

Induction motors are widely used in the industrial world because they have many advantages, including construction that is very simple and strong, cheap, has high efficiency, quite good power factor, and maintenance is easier. Besides the advantages of induction motors also have weaknesses, one of the disadvantages of an induction motor is not being able to maintain its speed constantly if there is a change in load. If there is a change in load, the speed of the induction motor will decrease. One method of regulating the speed of an induction motor developed in addition to vector control is the Direct Torque Control (DTC) method. The DTC control technique allows direct and separate flux and torque settings and can be done without using a speed sensor. The estimated rotor rotation, torque and flux is carried out by the DTC which is inputted with stator voltage and current. To achieve the desired flux and torque estimation is used as feedback on the control system. In this final assignment, the speed regulation of the induction motor will be simulated using the DTC method using Matlab. The results obtained through the simulation show the length of time to reach the reference speed for speeds of 500rpm and 1000 rpm is around 0.5 seconds. Keywords : Induction motor, Direct Torque Control, Matlab.
