This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Darussyifa Hikmah Tirta. The research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of employees of PT. Darussyifa Hikmah Tirta, with a sample of 63 respondents determined through saturated sampling. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), processed with SPSS 28. The results indicate that Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 27.268 + 0.517X1, a correlation of 0.618 (strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 38.2%, and t count greater than t table (6.138 > 1.999). Career Development also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 26.357 + 0.686X2, a correlation of 0.669 (strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 44.7%, and t count greater than t table (7.029 > 1.999). Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Career Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 22.229 + 0.234X1 + 0.478X2, a correlation of 0.696 (strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 48.4%, and F count greater than F table (28.173 > 3.15), while the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
