Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the behavior analysis of midwives in using personal protective equipment in normal delivery care in the 2022 IBI Pedes Karawang Working Area. This study used an analytical method with a cross sectional design. A sample of 54 midwives was taken using the total sampling method and the research instrument used a questionnaire. Bivariate analysis used the chi square test with a value of p = ? 0.05. The results of the study stated that respondents whose behavior was 37% obedient, had good knowledge 44.4%, good attitude 44.4%, availability of complete tools 46.3%. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and behavior in using PPE (p=0.01), there was a relationship between attitude and behavior in using PPE (p=0.001), there was a relationship between the availability of tools and behavior in using PPE (p=0.001). Based on the results of the research, it is hoped that the IBI Pedes Branch can provide books, posters and provide guidance for midwives. It is hoped that all midwives can use the complete PPE. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Analisis perilaku bidan dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada asuhan persalinan normal di Wilayah Kerja Ranting IBI Pedes Karawang 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Jumlah sempel 54 orang bidan diambil dengan metoda total sampling dan instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dengan nilai p = ? 0,05. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa responden yang Perilaku patuh 37%, pengetahuan nya baik 44,4%, sikap baik, 44,4%, ketersediaan alat yg lengkap 46,3%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku penggunaan APD (p=0,01), ada hubungan antara sikap dengan perilaku penggunaan APD (p=0,001), ada hubungan antara ketersediaan alat dengan perilaku penggunaan APD (p=0,001). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan Ranting IBI Pedes dapat menyediakan buku-buku, poster serta mengadakan pembinaan bagi bidan, harapannya semua bidan dapat menggunakan APD secara lengkap.

Abstract

Financial independence is one indicator of the success of regional autonomy. This study aims to analyze and determine regional financial independence in financial management at the Bengkulu Provincial Government. The type of data used in research is quantitative data. The sample of this research is the regional financial reports of Bengkulu Province from 2017 to 2021. The analytical method used is descriptive research. The results of the study show that the average ratio of the level of independence in Cities and Regencies in Bengkulu Province from 2017 to 2021 is 6.88% at the level of instructive relationship patterns. The average level of regional financial capacity of Cities and Regencies in Bengkulu Province during the 2017-2021 fiscal year period is 100.48% so it is classified as having very good regional financial capacity because this figure is at intervals > 50%. If seen from the average value, it can be seen that the effectiveness ratio of the Cities and Regencies of Bengkulu Province from 2017 to 2021 is 87.91% with a quite effective relationship pattern because it is in the 80-90 interval. The efficiency ratio for the 2017 to 2021 fiscal years is an average of 1,841.87% which reflects inefficient financial performance due to the fact that the total regional expenditure costs are greater than the realization of PAD.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a problem that women often experience every month and is accompanied by menstrual pain. If dysmenorrhea is not evaluated and treated, it will result in a decrease in academic achievement of 51.4%, limited activity during menstruation 40.9%, absenteeism from class 31.1%, decreased concentration 43.3%, decreased appetite and changes in sleep patterns 42. 7% and withdrawal from the community or relationships 63%. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on dysmenorrhea in adolescents. The research method is Quasi Experimental with a group pre-post test design. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results of the study found a description of the level of dysmenorrhoea pain experienced by respondents before and after acupressure, showing that after acupressure the majority of respondents only felt mild pain (scale 1-3), namely 61.2% of respondents and the rest no longer felt pain (scale 0), namely as many as 35.8% of respondents.
