This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work environment, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Lucky Textile Semarang II, both partially and simultaneously. The intensifying competition in the garment industry requires manufacturing firms to manage their human resources effectively so that production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules can be achieved consistently. This research applies a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population comprised 887 production employees, from which 108 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. Prior to hypothesis testing, the research instrument was examined through validity and reliability tests, both of which indicated that all indicators were valid and reliable. The regression results reveal that work environment has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on employee performance, whereas competence and organizational culture each exert a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect employee performance, jointly explaining 35.8 percent of its variance. Competence emerges as the most influential predictor among the three. These findings imply that management should prioritize competence-development programs and reinforce organizational culture, while continuing to maintain a supportive physical and non-physical work environment to sustain long-term employee performance improvement.
