Religiosity is closely related to mental health. This study is motivated by the limited research on the influence of religiosity on mental health, despite its significant impact to help students encounter academic pressure. The study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity on mental health of students of UNJ Islamic Religious Study Program. The research adopts a quantitative approach with survey design, with a sample of 70 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaire measuring the level of religiosity and mental health of students, and analyzed through simple linear regression technique, t-test, regression equation, Pearson correlation, and coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that there is a positive and significant influence of religiosity on students' mental health, where higher levels of religiosity correlate with a better ability to manage stress, anxiety, and academic pressure. These findings align with the theory of religiosity, which emphasizes that religiosity is a multidimensional concept comprising complementary elements. The study concludes that religiosity plays a significant role in maintaining and enhancing students' mental health when facing academic pressure. The research findings indicate a positive and significant relationship. The implications of this study include a theoretical contribution to the literature on the link between religiosity and mental health among university students, as well as practical recommendations for higher education institutions and study program administrators to integrate the reinforcement of religious values into student development programs. Furthermore, this study opens avenues for future research to examine other factors influencing student mental health, such as social support, family environment, and the practice of religious values.
