Abstract

Increasing global competition requires companies to operate efficiently and effectively. Employee productivity is a crucial aspect in determining the extent to which a company can achieve its organizational goals. However, at PT Produksi Film Negara (Persero), employee performance has not yet reached its optimal potential, work outcomes remain below expectations, and time management is often inefficient. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Produksi Film Negara (Persero). This research employed a quantitative method using a saturated sampling technique, involving 48 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, Hipotesis tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant partial effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by the t-test result of 0.001 < 0.05. Likewise, work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee productivity, with a t-test significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. These findings suggest that both work motivation and work discipline are important factors influencing employee productivity.
