Electronic-based public services represent one of the government's innovations to improve the accessibility, speed, and quality of services provided to the community. One such innovation is the Complete and Electronic Integrated District Administrative Service (PATEN KALI) implemented in Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study aimed to describe the level of community satisfaction with PATEN KALI services and identify community evaluations of several service aspects. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 55 PATEN KALI service users were selected as respondents using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 20 items measured using a four-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of community satisfaction with PATEN KALI services reached 85.5% and was categorized as very satisfied. Based on the analysis of each indicator, staff friendliness received the highest rating at 89%, followed by service speed at 87%, environmental comfort at 85%, procedural convenience and electronic system reliability at 84% each, and information transparency at 82%. These findings indicate that the community had highly positive evaluations of PATEN KALI services, particularly regarding interactions between service officers and users. Information transparency received the lowest rating and therefore remains an aspect that requires further attention in efforts to improve service delivery. This study provides an overview of community satisfaction as an evaluative response to user experiences in electronic-based administrative services.
