<![CDATA[Digital transformation has reached various sectors of life, including transportation and goods delivery. Draiv, a locally based online motorcycle taxi and courier service, has been introduced in Tinabogan Village to address the community’s need for fast, convenient, and affordable transportation and logistics solutions. This community service activity aimed to improve the community’s understanding and skills in recognizing, accessing, and utilizing the Draiv application as an alternative transportation and delivery service while supporting local economic activities. The implementation methods included socialization, application-use demonstrations, hands-on practice, interactive discussions, and assistance for community members and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Evaluation was conducted through observations of participants’ level of understanding, ability to use the application, and responses following the activity. The results showed that the community of Tinabogan Village responded positively to the introduction of the Draiv application. MSME actors and younger community members demonstrated greater enthusiasm because the application can support mobility, facilitate product delivery, and expand access to digital services. However, its utilization still faces several challenges, particularly limited internet connectivity, access to digital devices, and the ability of some community members to use digital technology. This activity demonstrates that the introduction and assistance in utilizing local digital platforms can contribute to strengthening the village digital ecosystem, improving community mobility efficiency, and supporting MSME development. Continuous digital education and improvements in digital infrastructure are necessary to ensure that the Draiv application can be utilized optimally and provide sustainable economic and social benefits to the community of Tinabogan Village.]]>
