Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan Budaya Kerja, untuk menghadapi era digitalisasi di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data berupa data Primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, teknik triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Budaya Kerja BRI, yaitu integritas, profesionalisme, kepercayaan, inovasi dan customer centric di PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Tolitoli telah diimplementasikan untuk seluruh personel BRI.

Good governance of private tertiary institutions is a series of mechanisms to direct and control a tertiary institution so that it runs in accordance with the expectations of all interested parties, by applying the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness, independence, equality and fairness. This study aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. The study uses a quantitative research approach design by analyzing primary data. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the financial performance condition of STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli in terms of Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability aspects after streamlining the manager structure has increased in value which can be interpreted that the financial performance after streamlining the manager structure is better than before because the value continues to increase and is above the industry average standard.

ABSTRACK Analysis of Motorized Vehicle Tax Revenue and Fees for Transfer of Motorized Vehicles at the Revenue Agency Office of Central Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance of Local Governments in implementing Motorized Vehicle Tax Collection and Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Revenue Agency Office. The main theory used in this study is Mahmudi's opinion which states that the effectiveness of local taxes shows the ability of local governments to collect local taxes in accordance with the targeted amount of local tax revenue. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with data processing approach techniques and unstructured interviews on 7 informants who have competition in the field of regional tax management in the Central Sulawesi Regional Revenue Agency. The results showed that the performance of the Regional Government in carrying out the collection of Motorized Vehicle Tax and Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fee at the Regional Office of the Revenue of Central Sulawesi Province has been very good in terms of the level of Growth, Effectiveness, and Contribution of Motorized Vehicle Tax and Motorized Vehicle Transfer Fee Duty towards revenue Local tax.

Small industry has an important role in absorbing labor, distributing income, and improving community welfare. The problem in this research is how the strategy of developing small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The aim to be achieved in this research is to know the development strategy of small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The population in this study were 107 business units. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling method with a selected sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SWOT matrix analysis. The conclusion obtained is based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy that can be done to empower the small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency is a concentration strategy through horizontal integration. This means that the strategy to be implemented is more defensive, namely avoiding lost sales and lost profits caused by threats. The advice given is to maintain the characteristic taste of the product and improve product quality by creating innovations in product packaging, adding types of products to have high attractiveness in order to remain able to compete with other product.

The Youtube Cooperation Service provides profits that can be used as a source of income. This is an opportunity and potential that can be taken by the government because it is very possible as Youtube's latest regulation related to its Monetization Cooperation program allows all Youtube channels to be Monetized. Tolitoli Regency can take this opportunity as an alternative APBD source. The type of research in this research is descriptive research using quantitative data analysis. This research is expected to provide a specific description and explanation regarding the potential sources of local revenue from Youtube monetization services. The research instrument used is the Youtube revenue calculation system using the Google AdSense payment method and the Blade.com Social site. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis with a descriptive approach, namely determining the potential value of PAD from Youtube monetization as a source of new PAD. The use of the Youtube website as a source of PAD has great potential for the local government of Tolitoli Regency. The estimated local revenue from 1 official Youtube channel of the Tolitoli Regency Government can reach 3,000 USD or Rp. 45,000,000, this amount exceeds the number of PAD realizations in Tolitoli Regency in 2021. The value of this income can continue to increase by improving management and the quality of content. Utilization of the Youtube website through the Youtube monetization program is feasible to be a new source of PAD for Tolitoli Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran tarif Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) berdasarkan metode Activity Based Costing pada STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi secara langsung di kampus STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli terkait dengan penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan metode Activity Based Costing yang diawali dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas oprasional yang terjadi didalam area cakupan objek penelitian, identifikasi Cost Driver, mengidentifikasi Direct Cost dan Overhead Cost, mengitung total Cost, kemudian menentukan tarif SPP permahasiswa (Unit Cost). Hasil penelitian memperoleh tarif SPP permahasiswa di STIE Mujahidin Tolitoli pada tahun 2021 berdasarkan ABC yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.648.588. Jika dibandingkan dengan perhitungan SPP kampus pada tahun 2021 sebesar Rp.1.250.000/semester, maka terdapat selisih antara perhitungan SPP kampus dan pehitungan jika menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.398.588. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan kepada pihak kampus dalam penentuan tarif SPP mahasiswa.

“Pengaruh Reward, Punishment dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. FIF GROUP Kecamatan Biau Kabupaten Buol Pembimbing I Bapak Emil Salim dan Pembimbing II Ibu Sitti Nurhayati Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward, punishment dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.FIF GROUP kecamatan biau kabupaten buol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi menunjukan bahwa variabel reward (X1) mempunyai nilai koefesien = 0,585 yang berarti bahwa apabila reward mengalami peningkatan 1% dengan asumsi nilai koefisien kenerja karyawan adalah 0, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,585 satuan. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi menunjukan bahwa variabel punishment (X2) mempunyai nilai koefesien = 0,533 yang berarti bahwa apabila punishment mengalami peningkatan 1% dengan asumsi nilai koefisien kenerja karyawan ad alah 0, Maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,533 satuan. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi menunjukan bahwa variable motivasi (X2) mempunyai nilai koefesien = 0,922 yang berarti bahwa apabila motivasi mengalami peningkatan 1% dengan asumsi nilai koefisien kinerja karyawan adalah 0, Maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,922 satuan.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertema “Pengenalan Artikel Jurnal Ilmiah” bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi akademik di kalangan guru melalui pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring dan diikuti oleh sekitar 50 guru MGMP dari Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Materi mencakup struktur penulisan artikel, kaidah ilmiah, dan strategi publikasi di jurnal terakreditasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman konseptual, tetapi juga keterampilan praktis dalam penulisan ilmiah. Antusiasme tinggi ditunjukkan melalui partisipasi aktif dan minat untuk memulai publikasi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan pelatihan untuk membangun budaya akademik di lingkungan guru serta mendorong mereka menjadi kontributor aktif dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan melalui publikasi ilmiah.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between population productivity and the regional economic structure in Tolitoli Regency. The data used is sourced from the official publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics through the Tolitoli in Figures 2024 document. The results show that the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors are the largest contributors to labor absorption but do not provide a proportional contribution to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This imbalance indicates low productivity in labor-intensive sectors and highlights the need for economic transformation toward higher value-added sectors. The study recommends strengthening policies that support economic diversification, improving human resource quality, and developing new productive sectors as strategies to enhance regional productivity and competitiveness. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating a more inclusive and sustainable regional economic development strategy.
