Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and non-financial compensation on the performance of teachers at SC JPBS Elementary School. Teacher performance is an important factor in improving the quality of education, because teachers have a primary role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. In an effort to improve teacher performance, support from the principal's leadership factor, a positive organizational culture, and the provision of non-financial rewards that can increase teacher motivation and work commitment is needed. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all SC JPBS Elementary School teachers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires compiled based on the indicators of each research variable, namely transformational leadership as the first independent variable (X1), organizational culture as the second independent variable (X2), non-financial compensation as the third independent variable (X3), and teacher performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and non-financial compensation have an influence on teacher performance. Transformational leadership that is implemented effectively can increase teacher motivation, creativity, and professionalism. A strong organizational culture creates a conducive work environment, while non-financial compensation provides psychological support in the form of appreciation and recognition for teacher performance. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute to improving the performance quality of SD SC JPBS teachers.
