Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various business sectors, including the culinary industry, to adopt digital solutions in improving service quality. Gena Ngopi Jambi is one of the coffee shops that still uses printed menus as the primary medium for presenting product information to customers. This condition often causes customers to spend more time selecting menu items due to the lack of visual information and detailed product descriptions. This study aims to design a prototype of a digital menu website that can provide a more attractive, interactive, and informative menu display. The research employed qualitative methods through observation and interviews with the owner and employees of Gena Ngopi Jambi. The development process focused on user interface design and interactive prototyping using Figma. The prototype includes several main features such as menu catalogs, product details, promotional pages, admin login pages, and menu management dashboards. The results indicate that the designed prototype can provide a clear overview of a digital menu system that is easier to use and more visually appealing. The prototype is expected to serve as a reference for future implementation and support the digital transformation of customer services at Gena Ngopi Jambi.
