<![CDATA[Various factors shape visitors' choices when selecting a tourist destination, including the tourism appeal and attractions offered by the destination. Ragunan Wildlife Park, being one of the premier educational and conservation tourism sites in Jakarta, possesses significant potential to attract visitors; thus, its role in enhancing visiting decisions warrants further investigation. This research aims to examine how tourism appeal and tourist attractions contribute to increasing visitor decisions at Ragunan Wildlife Park. A descriptive qualitative approach was adopted, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review as data collection methods. The data were analyzed descriptively using the 4A framework (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary). The results reveal that the diversity of animal collections, well-maintained conservation areas, lush environment, comfortable ambiance, ease of access, adequate supporting facilities, and quality services serve as key drivers encouraging visitors to come to Ragunan Wildlife Park. Nevertheless, enhancements are still required in terms of tourist information provision, capacity expansion of certain supporting facilities, and visitor flow management during peak seasons. The findings of this study are anticipated to offer valuable recommendations for Ragunan Wildlife Park management in improving the quality of its tourism appeal and attractions, while also serving as a reference for future research on tourism destination development.]]>
