<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the impact of area revitalization and tourist attractions on tourists' intention to visit the National Monument (Monas) Tourism Area in Jakarta. The revitalization program included environmental improvements, enhancement of public facilities, improved accessibility, and the development of green open spaces to enhance destination quality. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with tourists, direct observations at the Monas Tourism Area, and documentation related to site conditions and tourism activities. The data were analyzed descriptively based on tourists' experiences, perceptions, and evaluations of the revitalization and available attractions. The findings show that revitalization has positively influenced tourists' intention to visit. A cleaner, more organized, and comfortable environment, supported by improved facilities, has enhanced the visitor experience. Tourist attractions, including the National History Museum, the Monas observation deck, parks, green open spaces, and cultural events, also encourage both first-time and repeat visits. Monas' strategic location in central Jakarta and its accessibility through public transportation further increase tourists' intention to visit. However, challenges remain, including overcrowding on weekends, long queues at the observation deck, and the need to diversify attractions and improve public facilities. Continuous improvements are therefore essential to ensure sustainable tourism development and visitor satisfaction.]]>
