Abstract

Jakarta Old Town is one of the heritage tourism destinations in Indonesia that offers historical buildings, museums, cultural attractions, and various supporting facilities. As one of the largest population groups, Generation Z represents a promising market segment for tourism because of its high interest in traveling and exploring cultural destinations. Therefore, understanding the factors that encourage revisit intention is essential. This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions, destination image, and tourist experience on Generation Z's intention to revisit Jakarta Old Town. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed using a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The study involved 107 Generation Z respondents who had previously visited Jakarta Old Town. The findings indicate that tourist attractions, destination image, and tourist experience positively and significantly influence revisit intention. These results suggest that destination managers should continue improving tourism experiences that match the preferences and expectations of Generation Z visitors.
