Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Digital Competence and Self-Efficacy on employee performance at the Aceh Health Office. The study focuses on Digital Competence and Self-Efficacy in relation to employee performance at the Aceh Health Office, with the unit of analysis being the employees of the Aceh Health Office. The sample size for this study consists of 83 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that the variables of Digital Competence and Self-Efficacy have a significant influence on employee performance at the Aceh Health Office. Similarly, the partial analysis shows that both Digital Competence and Self-Efficacy significantly influence employee performance at the Aceh Health Office. Self-Efficacy exerts a greater influence on employee performance at the Aceh Health Office than Digital Competence does.
