Abstract

ABSTRACT This study basically aims to find out the Influence Of Training And Career Development On Work Motivation And Its Implications On The Performance Of Employees Of The Faculty Of Islamic Religion, Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakrta. In writing this thesis, the author uses a primary data collection technique, which is obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study uses path analysis and uses the Smart PLS 3.0 statistical application. with a sample of 66 respondents. The results of the first hypothesis test, namely The Influence of Motivation on Lecturer Performance, showed a coefficient value of 0.954, p-values of 0.000 < 0.05 and t-statistics of 7.067 > 1.960. The results of the second hypothesis test, namely the Influence of Training on Lecturer Performance, showed a coefficient value of 0.046, p-values of 0.005 < 0.05 and t-statistics of 2.834 > 1.960. The results of the third hypothesis test, namely the Effect of Training on Motivation, showed a coefficient value of 0.259, p-values of 0.032 < 0.05 and t-statistics of 2.147 > 1.960. The results of the fourth hypothesis test, namely the Influence of Career Development on Lecturer Performance, showed a coefficient value of 0.038, p-values of 0.037 < 0.05 and t-statistics of 2.093 > 1.960. The results of the fifth hypothesis test, namely the Influence of Career Development on Motivation, showed a coefficient value of 0.452, p-values of 0.001 < 0.05 and t-statistics of 3.501 > 1.960.
