Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan jasa transportasi onlineterhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa di Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Non-Probability Accidental Sampling dengan kriteria responden adalah mahasiswa Kota Medan dan responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan transportasi online setidaknya paling sedikit dua kali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden. Data dikumpulkan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menggunakan software Lisrel versi 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa transportasi online, selain itu kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan juga  memiliki efek positif langsung pada loyalitas pelanggan jasa transportasi online. Sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence the organizational climate and motivation on the performance of teaching staff at CV Perisai Sains Palembang. CV Perisai Sains Palembang is an institution which is engaged in non-formal education, in the form of courses (Mathematics, English, and accounting) for children of school age (elementary through high school).The method used in this research is the survey approach. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of his research is the explanation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression.The conclusion that can be drawn from the test results indicate that the organizational climate and motivation simultaneously influence the performance of teachers in CV Perisai Sains Palembang. Based on this, the agency should establish a good organizational climate. This can be done by developing relationships and good communication among faculty, and between faculty with leadership. In addition, agencies must be increase the motivation of the teaching force as an effort to improve the performance of teachers. Motivation can be administered in the form of additional incentives to faculty who good performance. Keywords: organizational climate, motivation, performance.

Abstract

Motivasi berprestasi memberikan dorongan kepada seseorang untuk melakukan hal sebaik mungkin dengan keinginan untuk melampaui target. Prestasi bukanlah sesuatu yang kebetulan saja melainkan banyak faktor diantaranya kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap karyawannya, iklin organisasi yang kondusif dalam perusahaan serta work engagement dari masing-masing karyawan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dalam mencapai target yang telah di tentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work Engagement, Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi pada Sales Advisor PT. Serasi Mitra Mobil Palembang. Penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 63 orang sales advisor sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Tehnik penggalian data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan tes statistik yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil F hitung secara simultan (6.481) dengan sig 0.000< 0.05 maka secara statistika ada pengaruh Work engagement, Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 64.81%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasul uji t didapatkan score t hitung secara simultan (0.460) t tabel (dengan sig 0.000 <0.05) artinya ada pengaruh work engagement sebesar 46% terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi. sedangkan untuk Iklim Organisasi 0, 641 dengan (sig 0,000 < 0.05) dan Kompenasi 0,256 dengan (sig 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan pendampingan untuk menganalisis efektifitas terhadap program pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap pegurus koperasi primer di kabupaten Musirawas Utara Sumatera Selatan. Dalam AD/RT koperasi menyatakan bahwa  para pengelola koperasi selaku pemengang amanah dari anggota koperasi, sering kali menghadapi banyak permasalahan yang sering muncul, seperti lemahnya tingkat kompetensi pengurus, pengawas dan manajer koperasi, tingkat partisipasi anggota yang tidak maksimal, keterbatasan permodalan, kemampuan penggunaan teknologi dan sebagainya, kelemahan tersebut dapat di atasi salah satunya dengan program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Peserta pelatihan dalam pengabdian ini sebanyak 20 orang pengurus koperasi, metode pembelajaran dengan ceramah, diskusi, parkatek dan evaluasi, analisis dilakukan dengan (uji-t) dari hasil pre-tes dan pos-tes. Hasil pengabdian terbukti bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan sigifikan antara pelatihan manajemen perkoperasian terhadap kinerja pengurus koperasi primer, adanya peningkatan signifikan hasil antara nilai uji pre-tes dan nilai uji pos-tes parapeserta pelatihan, di rekomendasikan bahwa dalam upaya pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia pengelola koperasi program pelatihan terus di galakan khusnya dalam penyajian laporan keuangan koperasi.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much leadership impact on employee performance in PT. Win Acces Telecommunication Palembang with the satisfaction of working as a variable intervening. This research uses primary and secondary data. The population of the research is all employees of PT. Win Acces Telecommunication Palembang, sampling techniques using census samples with a sample number of 46 respondents. Data analysis techniques are quantitative by using linear regression and pathway analysis. The results showed that the leadership and work satisfaction of a partial and simultaneous effect on performance with the significance of 0.000. In a direct, leadership impact on performance is 41% while the impact of leadership on performance through the work of the intervening variable is 13%. The research also proves that job satisfaction is not proven as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of bid-ask spread, market value, and earnings per share on the holding period of LQ45 company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 Index from 2017 to 2019. A sample of 30 companies with a total of 90 data was determined by purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data used in this study are closing price, number of outstanding shares, stock trading volume, and bid and ask prices. The results of the Adjusted R2 study indicate that holding period variations can be explained by three variables, namely bid-ask spread, market value and earnings per share. The results of the t test show that the bid-ask spread variable has a positive and significant effect on the holding period, market value has a negative and insignificant effect and earnings per share has a negative and significant effect on the holding period. The three results have been tested with a significance of = 5% and the most influential on the holding period is earnings per share. From the results of the F test, there is evidence that the bid-ask spread, market value and earnings per share simultaneously have an effect on the holding period of the stock.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and training on motivation, as well as its impact on teacher performance in the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang, either simultaneously or partially. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires or questionnaires based on the Likert scale. The analysis technique uses SmartPLS with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing to test the t test and F test. The results of the research based on the results of quantitative data processing, it is known that the data passed the validity and reliability tests. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. This is indicated by the t-count is 3.744 1.96 and the p-value is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of Leadership Style on Teacher Work Motivation at the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang. Training has a positive and significant effect on teacher motivation at the Integrated Islamic School for Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang, this is indicated by the t statistic of 2.383 1.96 or P-value 0.018 < 0.05. it means that the hypothesis is accepted, so that it is concluded that there is an effect of training on teacher work motivation at the Integrated Islamic School for Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang. Leadership Style has an effect on Teacher Performance at the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang, this is shown by the t-statistic of 3.241 1.96 or P-value 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of Leadership Style on Teacher Performance in Schools Integrated Islam, Independent Scholar of Palembang. Training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang, this is indicated by the t statistic of 2.710 1.96 or P-value 0.007 < 0.05. it means that the hypothesis is accepted, so that it is concluded that training has an effect on teacher performance at the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang, motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang, this is shown by the t statistic of 3.112 1.96 or P-value 0.002 < 0.05. it means that the hypothesis is accepted, so that it can be concluded that motivation has an effect on teacher performance at the Integrated Islamic School of Insan Mandiri Cendekia Palembang.

Abstract

One form of implementation of community service activities is the implementation of real work lectures, this must be carried out in order to realize the tri dharma of higher education. Since the discovery of Covid-19 until it spread widely in early 2020, it resulted in a global pandemic that is still ongoing today, thus making many parties participate in overcoming the spread of this outbreak. One of the real forms of higher education in tackling the pandemic is the Community Service Program-PPM activity, in this case the University of Tridinanti Palebang whose KKN activities are in the location of the Sematang Borang District, Palembang City with the aim of providing social education to the community in the fields of pandemic prevention, socio-cultural, socio-economic , socio-religious. The method of implementing the program is Field Research, field research with qualitative descriptive studies, with socialization of training and management of healthy and dynamic life, social service work in places of worship, schools, public facilities, and providing assistance for cleaning and worship equipment. The results of the service show that there is an increase in public awareness and concern for the COVID-19 pandemic, the application of a healthy lifestyle, mutual cooperation, and an increase in community welfare through creative economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership, business motivation, and compensation during the Covid-19 pandemic on business existence. This study was conducted in a traditional market in Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra, Indonesia, with a population of 120 respondents from 1200 micro-enterprises. The validity and reliability tests of 36 samples were conducted using SPSS statistics and inferential analysis using the Amos 8.8 Structural Equation Model (SEM). It was found that leadership has a significant effect on business existence by 0.83, compensation has an effect on business existence by 0.17, and business motivation also affects business existence by 0.24. An important finding from this study is that these three variables together affect the existence of businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the leadership factor of microbusiness actors is more dominant in influencing the business's existence. Implementing awareness-based health protocols will also have a positive impact on tackling the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

ABSTRACT Muhammad Jaka Kesuma, The Effect of Leadership and Work Environment on the Performance of ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable, Supervisors Dr. Djatmiko Noviantoro, SE., M.Si and Dr. Sari Sakarina, SE., MM. This study aims to determine and prove and analyze the Direct Effect, namely the Effect of leadership on work motivation, the Effect of work environment on work motivation, the Effect of leadership on performance, the Effect of work environment on performance and the Effect of work motivation on performance with the Sample in this study are ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province totaling 84 people. Data analysis of the study uses descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The analysis model uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the composition of Sub-structure: Leadership and Work Environment as exogenous variables, Employee Performance endogenous variable, and Motivation as Intervening variable. From the results of testing the Hypothesis, it was found as follows: 1) There is an Effect of Leadership on Work Motivation of ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 2) There is an Effect of Work Environment on Work Motivation of ASN Employees of BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 3) There is an Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance of ASN BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 4) There is an Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance of ASN BPKAD South Sumatra Province, 5) There is an Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance of ASN BPKAD South Sumatra Province.
