Abstract

This community service program, conducted through the Institutional Practice Course (KPK), was implemented to enhance public understanding of violence against women, particularly among female university students in Salatiga, and to strengthen the responsiveness of services provided by the UPTD PPA Salatiga (Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children). Through the SafeTalk program, a service rebranding strategy was implemented by producing digital educational content in the form of videos, campaign posters, and podcasts addressing forms of violence and reporting procedures. The podcast featured Tri Anita Noviana, an officer of UPTD PPA Salatiga, who provided insights into patterns of violence cases, reporting mechanisms, and generational approaches in victim assistance. The program results indicate increased visibility of services provided by DP3APPKB Salatiga and UPTD PPA through social media, improved student understanding of forms of violence, and strengthened public trust in PPA services as accessible institutions.
