Abstract

Pursuant to Law Number 12 of 2012, community service is defined as an academic activity that applies science and technology to educate the nation and improve public welfare. This endeavor serves as the third pillar of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education—alongside education and research—which mandatory for academic staff to fulfill the institution's vision and mission. The Social Work Field Study (KKS) program serves as a tangible form of community empowerment aimed at bridging theoretical knowledge gained in lectures with practical application in the field. This initiative was executed by the Sinergi group under the guidance of supervising lecturers through direct engagement at the Zamzam Rahmah Foundation in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, which also served as the primary data source. The implementation method focused on executing a systematically structured work program. The outcome demonstrates that the community empowerment process at the target location proceeded in accordance with the planned framework. Ultimately, this initiative contributed meaningfully through teaching and learning assistance, the commemoration of Islamic holidays and Indonesian Independence Day, legal counseling, and various other relevant empowerment activities.
