General Background: Entrepreneurship education is important for developing students’ practical skills, character, and readiness for future challenges. Specific Background: SMP Al-Islam Krian implements entrepreneurship education through an independent local content subject designed around differentiated learning and practical experience. Knowledge Gap: Practical implementation remains constrained by parental academic orientations, teacher competencies, and technical facilities. Aims: This study analyzes strategies and challenges in implementing entrepreneurship education at SMP Al-Islam Krian. Results: A descriptive qualitative study found that students are divided into five business groups based on psychological testing, while learning emphasizes Project-Based Learning (PjBL) through 70% practice and 30% theory. The program also integrates Islamic business ethics and external practitioner collaboration. Novelty: The program combines differentiated practical learning with Islamic entrepreneurial values. Implications: Sustainable implementation requires parental participation, continuous teacher development, practitioner partnerships, and optimal use of available facilities.
