General Background: Religious values are integral to Islamic educational environments and professional conduct. Specific Background: SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan implements religious practices, Islamic culture, and social interactions to foster professional and moral development. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have discussed religious values and teacher performance, but limited attention has been given to the interconnected development of integrity and loyalty within an Islamic educational setting. Aims: This study explores the role of the religious environment in shaping teacher integrity and loyalty based on Imam Al-Ghazali’s perspective. Results: Religious practices support honesty, responsibility, discipline, and ethical commitment, although declining spiritual guidance and inconsistent participation have weakened these qualities in recent years. Novelty: The study integrates religious values, integrity, and loyalty through Al-Ghazali’s concept of tazkiyatun nafs. Implications: Sustained spiritual development, moral leadership, and supportive institutional systems are needed to strengthen professional commitment.
