Abstract

The increasing amount of donation data requires a data analysis process to identify information patterns that can be utilized to support decision-making. The problem in donation data management at Yayasan Nur Hidayah is the absence of data utilization to identify donor behavior patterns based on donation time, donation amount, and donation location. Therefore, this study aims to implement the Apriori algorithm to discover relationships among donation data through the association rule process. The research method used is Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), which consists of data selection, preprocessing, transformation, data mining, and evaluation stages. The data used consisted of 50 donation transactions with attributes including donation date, donation amount, and donation location. The analysis process was carried out using the Apriori algorithm by measuring support and confidence values to generate association rules. The results showed that the Apriori algorithm successfully identified relationship patterns among donation data. The association rule with the highest confidence value was found in the pattern “TD3 → Mid-Month” with a confidence value of 84.61%, indicating that donation transactions at the TD3 donation location tended to occur in the middle of the month. The results of this study can be utilized as a basis for decision support in determining more effective and data-driven donation fundraising strategies.

Abstract

The culinary creative sector within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a vital role in supporting the local economy, yet its development is constrained by limited digital marketing and insufficient product education. This research introduces SmartKuliner, a cross-platform mobile application prototype intended to strengthen digital promotion and consumer learning for culinary MSMEs. Developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with a prototyping approach, the application features interactive multimedia such as product catalogs, educational materials, and branding support. Usability evaluation through the System Usability Scale (SUS) confirmed its practicality and ease of use. The results show that SmartKuliner provides MSMEs with an accessible tool to expand market opportunities and enhance product knowledge.

Abstract

Choosing the right lip product is often challenging for customers at Arimbi Kosmetik due to the complexity of available variants, colors, and formula types. Customers frequently experience difficulties and make errors in selecting lip products that match their characteristics, which can lead to lower levels of customer satisfaction. This study aims to design and build a lip product recommendation system using a Knowledge-Based System approach. This method works by extracting knowledge from beauty experts and matching it with user profiles and preferences. The system utilizes criteria based on variables such as lip condition, color suitability (undertone), finish texture, durability, and price range. Data collection was carried out through observation, expert interviews, and distributing questionnaires to users. The system was developed as a web-based application to ensure easy accessibility for consumers. The research results indicate that the developed system is capable of mapping user criteria effectively, with a system feasibility rating reaching 88.86%. In conclusion, the system is proven to be effective in assisting Arimbi Kosmetik staff in providing targeted product recommendations and helping customers find lip products that suit their specific characteristics and needs.
