Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of implementing a Virtual Reality Tour in displaying the school environment interactively and to assess its effectiveness in enhancing the experience of students and prospective students regarding the layout and facilities of the school. The research method used is Research and Development with the Waterfall development model, which includes the stages of analysis, user interface design, implementation of a 360° panorama-based Virtual Reality Tour, system testing, and maintenance. System testing is conducted based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which includes aspects of functional suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, compatibility, and portability. The research results show that the Virtual Reality Tour system on the SMA Plus Budi Utomo website is capable of displaying the school environment interactively and functioning according to needs. The functional suitability test achieved a result of 100%, usability reached 86.8% with a very good category, portability and compatibility showed a success rate of 100%, reliability obtained an error rate of 0.0%, and performance efficiency received a Grade A. Based on the test results, the system is deemed suitable for use as an interactive media for introducing the school environment.
