<![CDATA[The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) remains aglobal health issue. According to the Indonesian Health Survey (IHS). In 2022, the MMR reached 195 per 100,000 live births, and in 2023, the MMR in Indonesia was recorded at 189 per 100,000 live births. The target for reducing the MMR in 2024 is 183 per 100,000 live births, which is still far from the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of less than 70 per 100,000 live births by 2030. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between family support and maternal knowledge with the compliance of pregnant women in attending antenatal classes in the working area of the Sinaboi Community Health Center. This study is quantitative in nature with an analytical research design using a cross-sectional approach. The output of this study is a journal published in Sinta 5. Based on the univariate results, the frequency distribution shows that out of 136 respondents, 78 respondents (57.4%) had good knowledge, 74 respondents (54.9%) received family support, and 106 respondents (78.0%) were compliant in attending antenatal classes. There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women and their compliance in attending antenatal classes at the Sinaboi Community Health Center in 2025. The results of the Chi-square statistical test obtained a P-value = 0.03, where the P-value < α (0.05). There is a significant relationship between family support for pregnant women and their compliance in attending antenatal classes at the Sinaboi Community Health Center in 2025.
