<![CDATA[Organic waste in Kendel Village, Kemusu Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency particularly waste originating from the Kendel Village Market is still managed conventionally through open burning and unsorted disposal, due to limited public awareness and inadequate local waste management facilities. This community service activity aims to improve public understanding and self-reliance in managing household waste through the application of rocket stove technology as an environmentally friendly fuel alternative. The method employed was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving PKK women's groups, Karang Taruna youth organizations, and RT/RW administrators, carried out through six stages: field observation, socialization and focus group discussion, collaborative action planning, tool-making practice, implementation and usage guidance, and joint monitoring and evaluation with residents. The results show that the rocket stove was successfully constructed and officially inaugurated on 15 August 2026 by a village official, accompanied by a usage demonstration that encouraged community acceptance of the innovation. The activity also produced a clear division of roles among the PKK, Karang Taruna, and RT/RW in waste management, and contributed to a shift in residents' perception of waste, from an environmental burden toward a reusable resource. Nevertheless, the physical construction of the tool was carried out entirely by the KKN team without direct community involvement, meaning that the sustainability of its future use will largely depend on the intensity of post-program mentoring and the strengthening of local institutions.]]>
