This study examines the extent to which job involvement, career development, and job satisfaction influence employee organizational commitment at Bina Sena Maritime Training Center Bogor. A quantitative approach was used, involving 56 employees through a non-probability sampling method. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire consisting of 30 indicators. Path analysis using SPSS versions 25 was conducted to test the direct influence between variables. The results showed that simultaneously, job engagement, career development, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Partially, job engagement had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Career development had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, job engagement had a positive and significant relationship with career development. Job engagement had a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. Career development had a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. These findings indicate that increasing job engagement, structured career development support, and fulfilling job satisfaction play an important role in strengthening employee organizational commitment. This research provides practical implications for the management of Bina Sena Maritime Training Center Bogor to strengthen human resource management strategies through increasing employee work engagement, sustainable career development, and increasing job satisfaction to enhance organizational commitment.
