Abstract

This study examines the impact of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and professional work behavior on employee performance at PT Graha Dwi Perkasa. Optimal employee performance is a key determinant of organizational success, yet it is influenced by the balance between work and personal life, the level of job satisfaction, and the degree of professionalism. Using a quantitative approach, study adopted a survey method and collects data through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa. Data analysis is conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression, utilizing SPSS version 29. The results indicate that both work-life balance and professional work behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction does not show a significant partial effect. Collectively, the three variables significantly influence employee performance. The coeff. of determination (R²) of 0.342 indicates that 34.2% of variation in employee performance can be explained by the variables studied, while remaining portion is affected by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest organization should prioritize enhancing work-life balance and professionalism to improve performance.
