Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the factors that can be used for the purchase of houses in the city of Batam. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 20 program. Population which is society of Batam City. The sample used is 399 people with proportional sampling method. The results show that the quality of products to buy consumers in buying a house in the City of batamuling significant. The influence of prices on consumers in buying a home in Batam City is significant. The partial influence of location on consumer interest in buying a house in Batam City is significant. The effect of partial promotion on consumer interest in buying a house in Batam City has a significant effect. And requirements have a significant effect on product quality, price, location, promotion to consumer purchase in buying house in Batam City.

Abstract

On this research is that there are a lot of criticism of quality service and a mismatch promotional programs. This research aims to review a causal link variable quality of services and promotion of customer satisfaction. This study using methods with techniques associative causal method associative causally.Data collection techniques using a technique the spread of a questionnaire that spread to 194 respondents. The result of this research for the quality of services t.hitung 5,709 > t.tabel (1,972) and Variable promotion t.hitung 3,706 > t.tabel (1,972). the result uji t variable concluded that the promotion it has some positive effects and significantly to customer satisfaction. The result of f.hitung 98,307 > f tabel (2,64) be concluded this hypothesis accepted and declared simultaneous between variables quality of services and variable promotion simultaneously influential positive and significant on variables customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource management is a thing that is familiar to a company. Where human resources function as living assets thatplay an important role in the movement of a company. Human resources must be viewed and managed properly from thebeginning which in the future will define the sustainability of the company's life. Once the special position of humanresources as a determinant of the back and forth of a company. Management and leadership of the company has theobligation to design well in this matter, by designing policies that are appropriate for each individual or group that will be builtand formed so that they have the competence to the desired standard. PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard is a companyengaged in the shipyard industry which is one of the companies that manufactures tankers, barges and cargo ships.Discipline of employees who are still lacking, mastery and skills of employees that have not been enough to affect the resultsof performance for the company and organizational culture that is not going well will certainly affect the pattern of bad habitsthat affect the performance of these employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial andsimultaneous variables of work discipline, work experience, and organizational culture on employee performance at PTKumala Indonesia Shipyard. This quantitative study uses a saturated sampling technique for the entire population of 107employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents using a Likert scale as ameasurement scale and SPSS Version 22 as a data processing application. T Test Results stated that partially thecompensation, motivation, and work environment variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of theemployees of PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. And the F Test results state that simultaneously the compensation, motivation,and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT KumalaIndonesia Shipyard.

Abstract

This study discusses lifestyle, promotion, service quality on purchasing decisions at online shopee shops. The samplingmethod uses nonprobality sampling technique with the type of purposive sampling with respondents keriteria are consumerswho have made purchases at online shopee shops as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data usinginstruments used as a questionnaire. The data quality test in this study used the validity and reliability test, the classicalassumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determinationanalysis (R2), as well as the hypothesis testing in this study using (t test) and (f test ) using the SPSS software programversion 22. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the lifestyle, promotion and quality of servicevariables obtained amounted to 0.496 (49.6%). The results of multiple linear regression showed Lifestyle (X1) of 0, 2630(26.3%) to the purchase decision (Y), and Promotion (X) determined 0.3968 (39.7%) to the purchase decision (Y), andservice quality (X3) of 0.2000 (20)%) on purchasing decisions (Y). From the t test and f test, it can be concluded that lifestylehas a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion determines partial significance of purchasing decisions, andservice quality is significantly related to purchase decisions, and lifestyle, promotion, and service quality togethersimultaneously make significant decisions simultaneously to the purchase decision at an online shopee shop.

Abstract

Ditengah-tengah kemajuan teknologi pada jaman sekarang ini masih terdapat masyarakat yang berada jauh dari kemajuan teknologi. Masyarakat ini merupakan suku asli yang berada di pesisir laut dengan menggantungkan hidupnya dari laut yaitu dengan menjadi nelayan. Salah satu suku laut yang masih tersisa di pesisir kota Batam adalah suku laut Tanjung Gundap. Oleh karena itu pengabdian pada kali ini dilakukan di Tanjung Gundap. Tanjung Gundap terletak di Kepulauan Riau, Kabupaten Kota Batam, Kecamatan Sagulung, Kelurahan Tembesi. Pengabdian ini diberikan kepada masyarakat Tanjung Gundap yang berada di RW 01/ RT 02. Berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdi pada hari Minggu tanggal 29 Juli 2018 dan hari Selasa tanggal 31 Juli 2018

Abstract

In the midst of technological advances today there are still people who are far from technological advances. This community is a native tribe that is on the sea coast by depending on its life from the sea by becoming fishermen. One of the remaining marine tribes on the coast of Batam City is the Tanjung Gundap sea tribe. Therefore, this service is carried out in Tanjung Gundap. Tanjung Gundap is located in Riau Islands, Batam City, Kecamatan Sagulung, Kelurahan Tembesi. This service was given to the community of Tanjung Gundap in RW 01/ RT 02. The service is done by providing guidance to the community about how they can market their home industry which is snacks (kerupuk) that they have processed and can be sold more maximally by utilizing social media in order to reach consumers more broadly. Coaching is done by creating social media and online stores. The coaching was done twice. The first meeting was about the introduction of social media and online stores that can be optimally utilized for the promotion and sale of products. The second coaching is done by creating emails, social media such as facebook, instagram as well as taking online such as shopee. The coaching that has been done can increase the spirit of the community in making home industry products and market optimally.

Abstract

Internet has a positive impact on everyday life, but it can also pose a tremendous threat to families or children. Every parent wants their child not to be trapped into the internet world that tends to be detrimental. Therefore, parents should supervise the activities of children in the internet. This activity was carried out through two meetings, which took place in Sekanak Raya Village where the participants of this devotional activity were the Sekanak Raya community. This devotional activity provides coaching to parents to be able to carry out every stage of managing the use of technology and the internet to be useful in the family including in setting mobile phones so that children cannot open things that are negative, teaching parents to be able to internet healthy with children, teaching parents to be able to supervise children well in the introduction of a healthy internet. Based on the discussion of construction conducted on the Sekanak Raya community, it was concluded as follows: (1).Participants understand about the safe use of smartphones for families; (2).Participants of devotion are able to supervise children in the internet; (3).Participants are able to apply the knowledge obtained in accordance with the material of devotion provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT Aneka Tata Niaga using slovin sampling technique with a margin of error of 5% of 155 customers so as to produce 112 respondents who are customers at PT Aneka Tata Niaga. Data collection methods are questionnaires. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test ) by using SPSS version 23 software program. the results show that service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and product quality together have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT Various Commerce. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of CRM, trust and user value on the satisfaction of online transportation users partially and simultaneously on gojek online transportation users in Batam City. The instrument used in the study to collect data was a questionnaire with a total of 394 respondents. Using validity tests and reliability tests to test data quality, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient (R2) testing are used to test their effects, while t tests and F tests to test hypotheses using the help of SPSS version 25. Results from the adjusted determination coefficient (R2) test showed that CRM, trust and user value had a 12% effect on user satisfaction. While CRM (X1) affects 14.7% on user satisfaction, trust (X2) affects 19.3% on user satisfaction, and user value (X3) affects 31% of satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the following: (1) the influence of the work environment on employee performance; (2) the effect of occupational health safety on employee performance; and (3) the effect of the work environment and employee health safety on employee performance.This is a quantitative study using the survey approach.The population in this research was 300, with a total of 171 samples gathered using the Slovin formula computation. Proportionate Stratified Sample is the sampling method employed.Multiple Linear Regression is used to analyze the data. The findings of this research reveal that the work environment has a little influence on the performance of PT Schneider Electric Batam personnel.Occupational health and safety have a marginal influence on the performance of PT Schneider Electric Batam personnel.Simultaneously, the work environment and occupational health and safety have a substantial impact on the performance of PT Schneider Electric Batam personnel.
