<![CDATA[The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance in the goods and services procurement process of the Mamuju Regency Government, to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in the goods and services procurement process of the Mamuju Regency Government, and to analyze the simultaneous effect of workload and work motivation on employee performance in the goods and services procurement process of the Mamuju Regency Government. This study is a survey using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Mamuju Regency Government, specifically among employees involved in the goods and services procurement process. The population for this study consisted of 113 individuals, with a sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The primary instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the goods and services procurement process of the Mamuju Regency Government. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the goods and services procurement process of the Mamuju Regency Government. Workload and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance effectiveness in the goods and services procurement process of the Mamuju Regency Government.]]>
