Abstract

The issue regarding copra inventory management in Maurongga Village is that stock recording is still performed manually, leading to recording difficulties, inventory data discrepancies, and delays in meeting consumer demand. This study aims to design and develop a web-based copra inventory management information system to facilitate the computerized recording of copra inflows and outflows and the generation of inventory reports. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as literature review, observation, and interviews. System development followed the Waterfall method, comprising the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results indicate that the developed system successfully manages data on farmers, consumers, and copra, as well as sales transactions and payments, while automatically generating inventory and sales reports. Black Box Testing confirmed that all system features function correctly. The system is expected to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of copra inventory management in Maurongga Village.
