Abstract

This study aims to determine the Dribbling Skills at the Lubuklinggau City Sunday Morning Basketball Club after the implementation of Ball Handling Exercises "The research method used is the Pre-experimental design method. The population taken was all Athletes of the Lubuklinggau City Sunday Morning Basketball Club and the sample was 20 Athletes. Based on the results of the analysis, the average Pre-Test was 59.4 and the average Post-Test was 72.2. Data collection was carried out using test techniques. Data collection was carried out with a significance of 0.05. So that Zcount = 6.08 and Z(table) = 1.64 (Zcount ≥ Ztable) were obtained. Based on the analysis of the last test data, it can be concluded that the Dribbling Skills at the Lubuklinggau City Sunday Morning Basketball Club after the implementation of Ball Handling Exercises have been significantly completed.
