Abstract

Legal protection for women and children is a crucial component of realizing social justice and protecting human rights. The high rates of sexual violence, domestic violence, and child involvement in criminal acts demonstrate that Indonesia’s legal protection system still faces various challenges. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for women and children through preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative approaches, based on seven relevant scientific journals. The research method used was a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that effective legal protection requires synergy between families, schools, law enforcement officials, child protection agencies, and the community. Prevention through education and appropriate parenting has been shown to reduce the risk of violence and juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, a restorative justice approach and victim recovery services are crucial elements in ensuring equitable protection. This study concludes that strengthening inter-agency coordination, improving protection facilities, and expanding community-based education are necessary to create a more optimal women’s and children’s protection system. rr

Abstract

Environmental law plays a crucial role in maintaining the balance between development and environmental Sustainability. In Indonesia, the challenges of environmental law enforcement remain quite complex, ranging from Industrial pollution and mining activities, weak oversight instruments, to the implementation of Environmental Impact Assessments (AMDAL). This study aims to analyze the dynamics of environmental law enforcement in Indonesia based On seven scientific journal articles published between 2021 and 2025. The study uses a normative juridical method with A literature review approach. The results indicate that the effectiveness of environmental law in Indonesia still faces Obstacles in the form of weak administrative oversight, low business compliance, and suboptimal integration of justice And local wisdom. Furthermore, the AMDAL instrument, as a preventative measure, still requires strengthening in terms Of oversight and implementation. The study concludes that policy reformulation, increased inter-agency coordination, And strengthening administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions are strategic steps to improve the effectiveness of Environmental protection in Indonesia
